Language

The official language of the conference is English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials.

Poster contributions

Details will be announced soon.

Presentations for the poster pitch session will need to be uploaded in advance, according to the same instructions which will be given to oral presenters.

To prepare your final paper

The proceedings have to be written between 4 and 6 pages double column paper, in the following formats:

• for LaTeX: 2-columns-A4-Full Paper
• for Word: B2PROCA4EXAMPLEPAPER

To submit your final paper, log on your profile page with your last name and your reference number and submit your final paper by clicking on the button “Edit my proceeding”.

Important: also download, complete and submit the Copyright form. Without this form, your paper will be refused by the editor.
