The official language of the conference is English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials.
To give increased visibility to poster contributions, we included a 1-hour pitch session on Wednesday, September 7th.
The session will take place from 17:45 to 18:45, 15 minutes after the last talks of the day, in one of the two conference rooms. Each poster presenter will have the opportunity to give a 5 minute talk to present her/his work, with a very strict schedule. There will be no room for questions; people interested will have the opportunity to discuss with the poster presenters during the two dedicated sessions on the following days. The purpose of the pitch is to have an efficient way for the participants to learn what all the posters are about, leaving time for more in-depth discussions during the poster sessions.
Presentations for the poster pitch session will need to be uploaded in advance, according to the same instructions which will be given to oral presenters.
